The marble is not glossy & I do not know what todo

I have just had a polished Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) tile floor installed in my bathroom.  I have been washing it endlessly trying to remove the grout haze without much success.  The Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) is not glossy and (http://maplered.com) I do not know what to do. It almost appears to be getting scratched from my cleaning attempts. I have only used water and (http://maplered.com) elbow grease, but is not working...is my floor ruined?  I would appreciate any advice.
